Buy your future dream home. Each GAIA share gives you rights to use it as a collateral in Liquid Real Estate protocol. This is real home ownership, not timeshare.
Each home has several like-minded owners. Together with the other shareholders, you own 100% of the home. We don’t retain any shares.
We handle the legal work and set up a dedicated company for your home. We don't charge a fee for this service.
You contribute to the carefully budgeted running costs of the Real Estate project pro rata to your shareholding. We don't mark up these costs.
As a consequence you become Arcadian Club Member (Kindly make sure you understand the ideals of the Arcadian Club before committing).
