HOW DO I PURCHASE A RESIDENCE?
To secure your selection, you will execute a non-binding reservation form, engage an attorney in Ithaca, and deposit $8,000 USD in your attorney’s trust account. The reservation will provide for a 21-day period to finalize and execute a contract. The contract will state a closing date at which time you will close on the agreed payment plan.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A CUSTOM LOT?
The process to purchase a custom lot is the same as buying a residence except that you will sign the construction contract when your home is designed and ready to build.
HOW DOES THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WORK?
The construction contract is similar to building a custom home in any other place in Europe except the Developer guarantees the cost. The purchaser will pay monthly construction draws to directly pay expenses. DAODISEO Development Company will certify the progress monthly to the draw. As the purchaser/owner you will have a portal into the a daily log, photos, change orders, and direct communication between you and the developer/builder.
IS THERE A BUILDING CODE IN GREECE?
Yes, Construction codes and building regulations in Greece are governed by the General Building Regulations (Γενικός Οικοδομικός Κανονισμός, or ГОК), as amended by local laws. Understanding the Regulations is quite difficult - the document contains many references and terms that are specific to Greek law. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BUILD MY HOME?
The construction schedule for a Luxury Residence is less than 14 months.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY RESIDENCE?
Yes. You may customize the interior of your home as you wish, or you can build it with the finishes specified and represented in the renderings and plans. If you want to change the footprint of the residence, buying a custom lot may better serve you, as the footprints of the Luxury Residences are approved with all setbacks and would be difficult to change.

The Villas are meant to be built as designed, however, minor changes to architectural finishes may be considered.
IF I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE THE INTERIOR OF MY RESIDENCE, HOW IS THE COST DIFFERENCE HANDLED?
You will be credited the cost of the materials/specifications as designed against the cost of the newly specified material and any change in labor required. 
IS THIS A TIME SHARE ?
No, our Project is not a timeshare. Arcadian forms LLCs on your behalf to buy and sell property with fractional and/or whole ownership rights.
